OJT Workshop

The OJT workshop provides structured guidance and practical training to help students succeed within RAND’s on‑the‑job training model. Students learn strategies for identifying and securing project work, managing workload across multiple research areas, and engaging effectively with project leaders and teams. The course emphasizes professional communication, proactive feedback seeking, and quality assurance in deliverables. By the end, students develop confidence and competence in navigating RAND’s internal project market and contributing effectively to ongoing research efforts.
