Emerging Technology and National Security

This course introduces frameworks for analyzing emerging technologies within societal and national security contexts. Students develop conceptual and analytical language to assess technological innovation, adoption, and impact across domains affecting defense and security policy. The course explores ethical considerations at the intersection of technology and national security, including questions of governance, accountability, and strategic advantage.
