Faculty Leaders Program: Certificate in Policy Analysis

The Faculty Leaders Program was a professional development certificate program that was aimed at bringing a greater diversity of experience and perspective to the study and practice of public policy analysis. In the process, the program also developed a collegial fellowship of practitioners.

Participants gained the tools to incorporate public policy analysis into their curriculum, research, and mentoring of the next generation, learned to apply these methods to effect positive change within their communities, collaborated with RAND researchers, and often continued these relationships throughout the year.
